a really lovely place to stay. was super clean n smelled fresh. the staff were friendly n let me check in early. loved that the room had all the basic stuff n breakfast was good too. definitely coming back again!
the shared bathroom situation kinda sucked, thought it was private. also, would have loved a fan since it was hot n i didn't sleep well.

Great stay for skydive trip!
Had a fab time staying at this place! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the beds were so comfy. The breakfast was tasty, just a lil extra to pay but worth it. Only drawback was the slight noise from nearby trains, but it didn’t bother me much. a lovely spot for a quick stay.

Consider requesting a room away from the kitchen for a quieter morning experience after breakfast service starts.

missingWrote a review on 12 Augsynthetic beddinglimited restroom facilities
A bit of a hassle with entry system emails prior to arrival made things complicated. however, it turned out easier than expected once shown. The beds had synthetic pillows that might not be to everyone’s liking, and some furnishings felt slightly dated but were in excellent clean condition. Limited number of toilets and bathrooms could create inconvenience during busy periods, especially if you prefer private facilities.

The room was really clean and had a comfy bed, perfect for relaxing. The armchair was a nice touch too! the shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient, and I noticed it could get cold during the night.

The breakfast was top-notch, featuring hearty butchers sausages that hit the spot! Plus, the property sparkles and makes you feel right at home with the lovely staff always lending a hand.
Limited number of loos and shared bathrooms mean you might be queuing up. On top of that, those synthetic pillows could use an upgrade for a cozier sleep.

Comfortable stay with a warm atmosphere. Rooms are tidy and staff are welcoming. Breakfast was hearty, though additional charges for continental options were a bit surprising. The place is lovely, but being next to a busy road can make it feel slightly less peaceful. a good experience.

Spotlessly Clean with Friendly Atmosphere
I stayed in a twin room for 2 nights and was impressed by how immaculate everything was. The highlights of my stay were the absolutely delightful breakfast and the warm hospitality from the staff, who really went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable. The only downside was that the shared bathroom facilities could be a bit limited during busy times, but it didn't overshadow the overall great experience.

It was just a suitable option for a brief pause in Barnetby le Wold with good price-value balance. The quality shower gel was much better than I expected. Buy your snacks in advance as there aren't many shops nearby.

Solo traveler, Comfortable stay
The room was clean and the bed was like sinking into a cloud. I really liked that I could make my own toast when I wanted it, no waiting around for breakfast.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still within reason.

Clean rooms with nice features, secure option for business travelers, wide variety of room options
Sound insulation could be significantly improved!!! Thin walls means you’ll hear snoring or moving from neighbors, which isn't ideal. Plus, management should reconsider the restroom situation—it was really inconvenient to have to wait during busy times!!!

I had a great experience as a solo traveler during my stay. The room was impressively clean and had a lovely smell, which made for a pleasant environment. The staff were very accommodating, allowing for an early check-in, which was a big plus for my travel schedule. The facilities were good, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of my stay.
